OBJECTIVE and UNDERTAKING

Established as a non-profit organization on the 24th November 1933, The Non-Life Insurance Institute of Japan has been engaged in the following undertakings with the objective of contributing to the development of non-life insurance and its related business:

1. Research and collection of materials concerning non-life insurance and its related business.
2. Lectures, library maintenance and publications on non-life insurance and its related business.
3. Contribution to activities that are aimed at improving and developing non-life insurance and its related business.
4. Education and training for those engaged in non-life insurance and its related business.
5. All other undertakings considered necessary or useful for the development of non-life insurance and its related business.
